What is an EOI?

An Expression of Interest is an early registration for a new phase. It tells the developer you want a home in Phase 2 and gives you priority when units are allotted.

What you usually need

• PAN card and address proof
• Passport-size photograph
• Your preferred configuration and budget
• For NRIs: passport and overseas address

What happens after the EOI

When unit selection opens, EOI holders are called in priority order to choose their unit. You then complete the booking as per the developer's terms. We guide you through each step and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
